AUSVETPLAN - Contagious bovine pleuropneumonia

Australia is free of contagious bovine pleuropneumonia (CBPP). This disease is nationally notifiable in Australia. It is not found in wildlife.

AUSVETPLAN is a series of technical response plans that describe the proposed Australian approach to an emergency animal disease incident. The documents provide guidance based on sound analysis, linking policy, strategies, implementation, coordination and emergency-management plans.  See the relevant AUSVETPLAN disease strategy for the authoritative reference to the Australian management policies for a particular EAD on the Animal Health Australia website.
